Dues are collected annually. New members pay a one-time $25 initiation fee in their first year. Prefer to pay by check? Mail the base amount to P.O. Box 1433, Winter Park, FL 32790 — no processing fee.

A member perk worth noting: Members who have been active and in good standing for two years may rent the clubhouse for private events at half the public rental rate — a meaningful saving for weddings, celebrations, and family gatherings.

The Club meets on Thursdays during the season. Regular meetings begin at 2:00 p.m. and are followed by Tea; luncheons begin at 11:30 a.m.

Shared Purpose

Advantages of Membership

Membership provides the opportunity to connect with women who share common goals: educating themselves and the community, supporting charitable organizations throughout Central Florida, awarding scholarships to deserving college students, and preserving our historic clubhouse.

Members enjoy fundraising and service activities such as Welbourne Nursery and Kindergarten, the Holiday Bake Sale, Stockings and Gifts for the Salvation Army and Winter Park Housing Authority, Founder's Day Party, Winter Park Woman's Show, Fashion Show Luncheon, contributions to Dress for Success, and the Spring Project supporting clients at the Orlando Rescue Mission.

Throughout the year, members gather for special events including the Fall Luncheon welcoming new members, the Holiday Luncheon, the Fashion Show Luncheon, and Taster Luncheons.

Members also have online access to the electronic membership directory and convenient features such as paying dues and luncheon fees online.

If you have decided to join our club, the form below is the easiest way to get started. Simply complete the New Member Registration form and submit your first year's dues to finalize your membership. We look forward to welcoming you and seeing you soon!

  3. Watch for a welcome from the Membership Committee, your Ambassadors to the Club.

Get Involved

Our Standing Committees

The Club has fourteen standing committees. Meeting frequency is determined by committee chairs — there's a place for every interest and talent.

Membership

Works to recruit and retain Club members. Responsibilities include serving as Ambassadors to new members and planning monthly membership meetings.

Programs

Plans and develops Club programs for the season.

Finance

Charged with monitoring financial activities to fulfill the organization's mission in the most effective, efficient and lawful manner.

Grounds

Maintains and beautifies the Club landscape, including the historic rose garden.

Fundraising

Organizes activities to raise funds exclusively designated for the Club's ongoing charitable giving program.

Scholarship

Provides educational assistance to deserving, qualified women and men from Orange and Seminole counties. Each year, scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholarship, leadership and financial need.

Charitable Giving

Distributes funds collected from the Ways and Means committee to charities and non-profits such as the Welbourne Nursery and PreSchool, The Meadows/Winter Park Housing Authority, Christmas stockings for the Salvation Army, Family Promise of Greater Orlando, and Central Florida Vocal Arts.

Ways and Means

Raises funds for charitable giving, involving as many club members as possible.

Hospitality

Makes plans for the how, who and what of serving refreshments at Thursday meetings.

House Preservation

Dedicated to the preservation of our historic building.

Club History

Dedicated to the preservation and collection of historical data and history of the Club.

House

Handles day-to-day management of the house, oversees purchases, and ensures repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and effective manner.

Parliamentarian

Expert in rules of order and proper procedures for the conduct of meetings.

Rentals

Promotes and schedules rentals of the Clubhouse.
